Note: Range Doctors and its agents, operators, installers and other personnel, are not affiliated with, or to, Tesla Inc. We are not representing them nor are we claiming to be Tesla. We use their name, vehicle data, and other relevant information for illustration and explanation purposes only. We are not paid by Tesla and should not be confused with Tesla. We are a separate legal entity.

By using the services provided by GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (doing business as RANGE DOCTORS) and accessing our website https://www.rangedoctors.com, and/or by doing business with RANGE DOCTORS in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclaimer carefully before proceeding with any updates, services, or transactions.

1. No Responsibility for Errors or Problems

GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) provides software updates to enhance the performance and battery range of your Tesla vehicle. However, we are not responsible or liable for any errors, damages, failures, malfunctions, or problems that may occur with your vehicle as a result of, or after, our software update or services. This includes any and all issues related to software, hardware, and vehicle performance.

By using our services, you accept full responsibility and liability for your Tesla vehicle, including any potential damages or issues that arise. You agree that under no circumstances will GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) be held accountable for any defects, malfunctions, or failures that may occur to your vehicle before, during, or after the software update, or as a result of the services provided.

2. No Legal Action or Liability

You agree not to pursue any legal actions, file lawsuits, or seek damages, refunds, or payment chargebacks from GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) under any circumstances. We do not accept liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the software updates, services, or any other activities provided by our company.

You agree that you will not take us to court, seek legal recourse, or hold us liable in the event that any issues arise with your vehicle following our services.

3. Limited Service Assurance; Otherwise As-Is

Except for the Limited Service Assurance described in this section, GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (doing business as RANGE DOCTORS) provides its services as-is and does not warrant that any service will achieve a particular range result, battery health score, charge capacity, or other vehicle performance outcome. Results vary by vehicle, battery condition, software state, and your compliance with aftercare instructions.

Limited Service Assurance (qualifying Remote Battery Repair / BMS error returns only). If you purchase a covered Remote Battery Repair (or another service we expressly designate as covered under this assurance), and a qualifying BMS or related software error that was the subject of the initial repair returns within ninety (90) days of the initial repair date, we will provide up to two (2) additional remote rework sessions for that qualifying returning error at no additional charge (up to three covered sessions total, including the initial repair). After the 90-day period ends, repeat qualifying error-clear sessions—if offered—are available at ninety-nine U.S. dollars ($99) per use, unless we publish a different price at the time of booking.

This Limited Service Assurance:

• applies only to qualifying returning errors we designate as covered for the original paid repair;
• does not guarantee restored miles, charge capacity, battery longevity, or any specific performance metric;
• does not cover hardware failure, physical battery or vehicle damage, Tesla software or policy changes that remove or block the repair path, misuse, accident, third-party modifications, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or issues unrelated to the original covered error;
• is your exclusive remedy for covered returning errors during the applicable period (rework during the 90-day window, or the then-current repeat-session fee thereafter), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Refunds. Except where we expressly state a diagnostic fail-out credit or other refund in writing at the time of booking (for example, a published partial refund if a pre-service qualification test fails), fees for completed or started services are otherwise non-refundable. We may contest chargebacks that conflict with these terms.

4. Tesla Warranty Impact

While we do not anticipate that our software updates or services will invalidate or interfere with your Tesla warranty, we are not responsible for any impact these services may have on your vehicle's warranty. If your Tesla warranty is affected by our services, you accept full responsibility for any consequences related to warranty claims or coverage.

5. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to any issues with your Tesla vehicle following our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) be liable to you for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Legal Disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you should refrain from using our services.
