By using our services, you accept full responsibility and liability for your Tesla vehicle, including any potential damages or issues that arise. You agree that under no circumstances will GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) be held accountable for any defects, malfunctions, or failures that may occur to your vehicle before, during, or after the software update, or as a result of the services provided.

You agree not to pursue any legal actions, file lawsuits, or seek damages, refunds, or payment chargebacks from GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) under any circumstances. We do not accept liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the software updates, services, or any other activities provided by our company.

You agree that you will not take us to court, seek legal recourse, or hold us liable in the event that any issues arise with your vehicle following our services.

GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) does not offer any warranty, express or implied, regarding the software updates or any of our services. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that we do not provide any guarantees regarding the outcome or performance of the software updates, including any impact on the battery range or the performance of your vehicle.

Furthermore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All transactions for our services are final, and you understand that the services are provided as-is with no warranties or guarantees.

While we do not anticipate that our software updates or services will invalidate or interfere with your Tesla warranty, we are not responsible for any impact these services may have on your vehicle’s warranty. If your Tesla warranty is affected by our services, you accept full responsibility for any consequences related to warranty claims or coverage.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to any issues with your Tesla vehicle following our services.

In no event will GARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC (RANGE DOCTORS) be liable to you for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
